Lived there for a year never thought anything was wrong, until it was time for us to move because they raised prices if they find out you are moving just to another place in town they will screw you and find as many things wrong with your place as they can, even though you have proof you cleaned. I replace the drip pans the day before we moved out and they charged us for a set. They are petty, and mad that we went to the competion. Its pretty scary when you have a shooting in your apartment and the police are in your parking lot arresting the guys. NEVER LIVE HERE THEY WILL SCREW YOU.
