I lived there for over a year before relocating. We had the newest apartment below the new office. I would recommend this to anyone. They did a great job building it. Utilities were dirt cheap. They cut a few corners on appliances I will say, and they are kind of noisy in the office above. Staff was very friendly most of the time. I can see why others post negative comments on them though. I had a motorcycle parked out front and they decided to dump a load of river rock on the front tire of the bike. They had no interest in fixing or replacing this.
