We moved in to the apartment in June of 2004 and there was still construction on all buildings except building A. It was the first and only apartment we saw and immediately wanted it. Very clean and modern appliances. Everything worked pretty good, did have problem with dryer and it took a week for them to replace it but we used our neighbors dryer during that time. the walls and floors seem thin so you can hear everything from apartments around you. hardly ever a sport to park that is close to your apartment. should enforce assigned parking or be more strict with that.overall the apartments at founder's are great. the pool is very nice but hours should be later than 10 pm, esp in the summer. the hot tub needs to be hotter and cleaned more often but with many people who ruin it for others there isn't much that can be done about that.
