Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I moved in while the apartments were still under construction. They seemed really nice expecially for a college town. Parking is ourrageous and the staff is inconsiderate. They issue warnings but never follow up on them. I called the police on my neigbors for illegal drugs and constant partying 8 times!!! Founder's never did anything but send a letter to them. It was built very fast and it was obvious the short cuts they took to finish on time. The only good thing i really have to say is that the large appliances were nice for a college town. I wouldn't recomend it to anyone!!!
