I can't wait to move out. I moved into Founders because they were new and have W/D, not worth it. There is NEVER any parking. If you have friends or family over, they have to get a visitor pass, or they will be towed, but if it's a game day, they can't get a pass at all. So if someone wants to visit, but the office is closed, you're out of luck. Which, by the way, the office never opens on time. They don't respond to maintence requests very timely at all. I've put in two, and each took over 2 weeks for a response. None of the amenities are offered late at night, so it's not very easy to take advantage of them. The "pond" is a nasty hole in the ground, not very nice to look at. Mostly, the management is the reason I can't wait to leave. They're rude and unwilling to help you once you've moved in.
