Though these apartments are new, they were not built very well. The insulation is absolutely terrible, and the walls are not soundproof. Maintanence takes a very long time. The staff is rude and they seem to stop caring once you move in. Parking is absolutely terrible. If you have guests, you need to get them a guest parking pass in advance, otherwise they will be towed. There have been many rumors that First Management and local towing companies have a dirty contract. The positive thing about these apartments are the large appliances.

Overall, you don't get what you spend on these apartments.
