I lived here for 2 years before moving out to get a bigger place. In standards of a college apartment, this would be considered somewhat of a luxury.

The construction is pretty shotty. Looks like they just threw it together as fast as they could.

I never had any problem with management. I've heard some stories from friends that would make me frown upon the management, but for the most part they did a good job in my eyes.

The maintenance crew can sometimes take a while to clean up the grounds, but with college students around it's hard to expect it to stay nice.

The complex is also big on parking enforcement. While living here, they completely got rid of any guest parking and said that guests could park across the street in the Chase lot (also owned by First Management). It was extremely annoying that somebody might get a ticket if they were visiting for a night.
