Great place to live. Very safe. No problems with staff, residence, or parking. Has the standard military clause for soldiers that come down on orders (PCS, ETS, and deployment) in the middle of thier lease. Staff always willing to work with you. They took care of my apartment and mail a couple of times while out of town. The only downside is the price but Manhattan in general has inflated rates. I would recommend this apartment to anyone as long as they can afford it.
