	Problems were fixed quickly and without hassel. The grounds, fitness room, and pool were well-kept. The staff was courteous and friendly all the time, even after hours. We thought it was worth the extra rent to avoid loud college students ... more

	Georgetown has very nice apartments. The nices quality in Manhattan. Well worth the money you pay. They are very Military friendly and helpful. The place is well kept and is an all around great community.
