#1 issue: Poor and bad management are acting nowadays. The Manager of the complex is not nice at all. I ran out from this complex because of the way of dealing between customers and management. The previous management and staff were excellent and much nicer than the existing management and staff.

#2 issue: It is difficult to find the manager of the complex; she is always out of her office. and when you ask the young lady who is sitting in the front office se always says she is in meeting.

I would recommend all of you to not rent in this complex unless if they change the existing manager and her staff.

I have had the same problem with poor responses from the management. I know for a fact that they have caller ID and screen their phone calls. When we were having problems (see the 11/17/2008 review), I would call on my cell phone multiple times to get an answer and no one would pick up. But miraculously, when I called from a different number, they picked right up.
