I had a TERRIBLE experience in this apartment. Quite seriously, rent at your own risk. The main gentleman, with salt and pepper hair, had an affinity for letting himself into our apartments anytime he wished, definitly without proper notification. The tenants often compared notes and would find stacks of bills riffled through, closet doors opened, etc...

And the weirdest thing about this landlord is that he hides behind some fictional, "man-behind-the-cutrain" wizard of oz-like person. He claims that this guy is the owner/main manager, but when i moved in I was told that it was a partnership. So we would get calls from these guys claiming that this owner was unhappy with our curtain selection, or plants on our porches, etc...It was a nightmare!!

The places are well kept up, 1010 is nice. The apartments on College look like a dump, but renting from these nutjobs is hardly worth it.
