I lived in the Wareham for a year, and actually LOVED it...The maintenance for those apartments were very nice, and always came asap when I called. I would recommend living in the Wareham (418 Poyntz), although I just looked at McCullough's website and saw the price has raised $115 since I lived there, which was 2 years ago. I definately don't think it is worth that price!!! The apartments are VERY small!

After living in the Wareham, I lived in Britney Ridge, and honestly....DO NOT EVER EVER live there! The walls were so thin in that place that we nearly froze in the winters, could hear the neighbors' alarm clocks, and felt like the bombs at Fort Riley were going to make the place fall down. We called several times to get things fixed...some things got fixed, but very poorly, and others NEVER got fixed after several times of calling, and we ended up getting charged for it!!! When we moved in, we took the apartment "as is" because we all had to get out of our other apartments june 1st, and didn't have time to let them do all the "cleaning"...we got charged for painting of ALL the walls, cleaning, and carpets. The four of us got $8 a piece for a $900 deposit!!!!!!!! It was REDICULOUS!!!! Although I had a very pleasent stay at 418 Poyntz, the stay at Britney Ridge was SOOOOOOOOOOOOO HORRIBLE, that I will NEVER rent from McCullough again!

Now I'm living at Crestwood, and LOVE it! The lanlord is awsome. We have a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and water is paid...basic cable is paid...and after one year lease, you can rent month to month...which is GREAT if you're graduating in December!
