I lived in Royal Towers during the past year and the place was horrible. When I was considering places to live, I was quoted an average electric cost of $40. When I moved out, Westar told me, the average price I paid was $110 FOR A 1-BEDROOM apartment!
Also, the windows for my bedroom weren't secured--you could take out the screen and lift them right up. McCullough Development wouldn't do anything about them and charged me when they found out I did.
The noise for this place was horrible as well. I've lived in a couple other apartments in Manhattan and I've never heard as much noise as I did in this apartment. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
