I enjoyed renting through mccullough. I lived in Pine Haven apts. I have lived here for 2 years. Maintence was usually friendly. And they leave notes on your door when they have been in the apartment. They usually fixed things as soon as possible. I lived about 2 blocks from campus....so it was a Nice short walk. They do seem to change property managers a lot though. The price is GREAT for a two bedroom and they were really spacious. Deffinatly recommended!! Parking could get crowded on the weekends... but usually it wasn't a problem. Being a female,it was kind of scary when the lights inside the halls were out quite a bit... but usually fixed with in a few days.
