A huge significant aspect to live here depends on your neigbors. If they are smokers, party dogs, Rockers, or in less morals, you will be in a trouble. Horrible noise until midnight, trash and food on the ground, and strong puffume or smoking smells. Some staffs in the office are unfriendly and not so much helpful. A mentenance guy was a nice guy. However he quited the office. I do not know the new guy, though. Weekend, often no parking space.

Sum up, if you want to study in K-state, I do not recommend this place.
