I have lived at University Gardens for a year now. At first I though it was a nice, cheap place to live. Now I have found that I have LOUD neighbors. I mean they aren't just loud, they are loud at odd hours of the night. I'll wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning and hear them screaming or just loud music. I have told the Staff Manager about this and she just told them that I complained. So now it has been worse. We have tried the whole calling the cops thing but when the cops leave, once again, it's just worse.

To add to matter I live in a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 other roommates besides myself. We were gave 3 parking permits. After awhile the management changed the parking passes so we had to go in and get new ones. I was told at that time that they could no longer give us all parking permits and could only give 2 per apartment. I thought this was crap because on the lease it said I got a parking permit even. So I went to higher management and they just ignored me. Until I finally got so sick of it all that I told my dad about it. So he called and Scared them. They then gave me a parking permit. Besides that I haven't had many problems with parking.

I don't feel that it's the safest place to live because it seems to be in kind of a bad part of town. The maintenance aways do fix the problems we seem to have with things.

I will be moving out soon and telling everyone who asks me about apartments to NOT EVER live there.
