My boyfriend and I lived for a year in one of the smaller one bedroom apartments and all in all it was a good place. You do pay a little more for the nice building and the good parking but for us it was worth it. They were alway very prompt about maintenence. I would warn that they are sticklers during move out so really clean up before you leave.
