My husband and I lived in Park Place for 2 years. We were really excited about the cheap rent, but ultimately did not like the apartment. Our neighbors smoked, and our apartment constantly smelled of cigarettes. We could hear our neighbors every night, and college parties would occasionally leave drunken students puking in the halls. Our upstairs neighbors started a fire in their apartment, and the building had to be evacuated. Finally, we were able to move, and they kept a good chunk of our deposit for mystery cleaning fees. We would not recommend Park Place.
