I lived in park place for a year, I thought it was great for the price but after living there for a short while I would of gladly paid 10x more to live somewhere decent. The grounds and apartments are horribly maintained. There's always something broken, and the staff is never proactive. The staff sits in a smoke filled room, literally blowing smoke into your face while talking to you and they have no idea about professionalism or courteousy. Don't waste your money go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!
