I lived in Park Place about six years ago. The walls are thin, but welcome to renting in Manhattan. I had NO problems living here. The management was very nice. We got our full deposit back. I was undergoing chemotherapy and surgery while I lived here, and the office was always able to work with me on rent, etc. I do know that many things can change in six years, though. The parking was a little tight, but that was mainly due to the morons having parties every weekend. I would definitely live there again.
