I hate this place. I can hear every footstep my upstairs neighbor takes (common for every downstairs apartment here). I can tell you exactly where he's at every day..it's really REALLY loud. I can hear every car that passes by. I can hear every word of my neighbors' conversations. It costs $20 to do a few loads of laundry. It's cheap, but NOT worth it. They pretty much openly told me how they screw people over on their deposits when they move out (this was as I was moving in). My front door is a GLASS SLIDING DOOR - it's more of a gas guzzler than any car you will find on the market. I cannot keep my living room warm, but my bedroom is an oven. Upon moving in, everything was in poor shape - ceiling fan made grinding noise, loose wall outlets, dirty (beyond cleaning- needed some remodeling)... I'm sure I can think of more to write, but there is one positive - close proximity to Westloop and fast food restaurants - that's about it.
