After reading several reviews of Park Place, I was not looking forward to getting an apartment there. However, my financial status wouldn't allow me to live somewhere else. But first off, the management was extremely helpful. The application process did take about a week to get completely approved. I lived in a two bedroom apartment on the bottom floor. When I first moved in, I was surprised at how clean the apartment was! I had a few problems with the neighbors above me making noise, but once I contacted management about it, the problem was taken care of. Also, a few people mentioned the breaking the lease process. I also had to break my lease, but the management was very upfront with the terms. Yes, it sucked to have a pay the fee equal to one months rent, but the management helped to advertise and re-rent my apartment. They told me that I needed to advertise the apartment myself, but I really didn't have to do anyting. Another one of the good things about this apartment complex, is that the maintenance is very quick to respond to maintenance requests, and the management always lets me know when someone is going to be entering my apartment. Also, the utilities are CHEAP...I paid about $60/month for both gas and electric. Overall, I would definitely live there again!
