whe me and my husband first moved her we needed something as soon as possible, and we found this place. it didnt look so bad it was all clean and new carpet. then we moved in my bathroom i had a leak. paint peeling everywhere. parts of the wall breaking off, and mold behind the fridge, yah gross right' it is cheap, but i didnt expect it to be this bad, because for all the things they want us to do when we move out, is pretty much more than what they do. and maintnence they will come as soon as possible for the most part, but they are very rude, and inconsiderate, they will tap on a door and if you dont come right away walk in, this is your home and they dont have the right to just walk in without a notice.all in all i hate it. and i dont reccomend it!
