These are older apartments, but they are cute, cozy and affordable. My husband & I thought it was a great place to live, at an affordable price, right after we got married. The office staff was friendly and accomodating, they went through everything we needed to know in detail. When it was time to move out, they answered all of my questions thoroughly and even did a walk through in the apartment with me to let me know what I still needed to do to get the maximum amount of my deposit back. We only had one maintenance concern while living there, but when we called for a service request, the maintenance staff was there within 24 hours to fix the problem. Overall, I would recommend these apartments to someone trying to find a clean, safe and affordable home.
