This is completly furnished apartments. Pretty much all you need for your apartment is your cloths, kitchen utensils, personal items. For what you get its worth the money. Also comes with washer and dryer in the unit and a dish washer (basic major appliance also) Sometimes there is mold problems. But that was probably our fault we left the windows opened when it was raining. Close to the football stadium so easy to walk to the games on saturday.
