I was a resident of UC from Aug 05' to May 06'. This is truly the worst experience i ever had. I had payed all my rent up front and after I moved out i was charged an additional 745 dollars because thay said I wa "Billed Wrong" Well the aomount of money i gave them didnt change they just screwed up and screwed me out of 700 dollars, they threatened to sue, I just didnt want to deal with itbecasue i have Classes to worry about. Plus the apartments are filthy and every thing is cheap and the furniture is junk. The nastiest thingis the carpet if you like t walk on a thin layer of crust live here, and it is like that in every unit i had seen there. . .so like all of them.
