Parents beware; these apartments are for heavy partiers. Our daughter and her three roommates were on the ground floor and surrounded not only by partiers in all directions, but also had to endure people vomiting outside their apartment, beer cans and trash thrown in their area (for which they're responsible, though didn't look like it was enforced anywhere), and it didn't matter what night of the week it was, the music was loud and lasted well into the wee hours of the morning. The place was completely filthy when they moved in and it took five people all day to clean the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedrooms. No one had bothered checking under the mattresses or moving the beds until we looked, so watch out for that. Ants and mold are additional issues, and we even found a brown recluse spider in the bathroom drawer. Also be warned that it usually takes multiple parents calling the manager to get any complaint or request for maintenance taken seriously. Staff members we dealt with were incompetent and gave different answers to the same question, so don t expect them to be much help. They truly don t know what they re doing, and we even had to retain an attorney at one point to get an issue taken care of. The only things we liked about it were the individual leases and the washer and dryer in the apartment. If your child loves the partying life and isn t planning on doing much studying anyway, this is the place for him or her.

One thing you have to remember is that the majority of people who live here are college students like myself. I have lived here for 2 years and haven't had a problem with partiers. there are a few apartments that have parties but they have never become a big issue. if someone is to loud all i do is call the office number which sends someone on call to ask them to turn it down. It has actually been really effective and they normally turn down the music after that. The trash is rarely an issue. I have seen the maintenance guys picking up trash every morning including on the weekends when i go out jogging. you have to remember there are about 6 or 7 hundred people who live here so it's hard to control what everyone is doing at all times.
