i lived here a year ago and really enjoyed it. they are all really friendly and the apartments were way better than I expected in a college town. I am in the military so I am use to living with a bunch of dirty guys but my apartment was really nice and clean when I moved in. I like how it's really close the the football stadium and that they do roommate matching because when I came back from iraq I didn't know many people but I got a chance to meet some really great people. I would definitely recommend, they have nice amenities which definitely gives you something to do on the weekends.
