Staff is friendly and prompt, you come to them with your problems and they handle them right away. The living area is nice you dont have to buy your own furniture, though some like to anyways, which saved me a good three four thousand dollars. Also the Manager Scott Manning is one of the nicest people i have ever had the pleasure of knowing and getting the chance to shoot and beat in pool, Im always down there and wed talk and hang out. The Management is amazing shout outs to angie madi alisha and maura, they were very friendly and great to talk with, though they are fairly busy but prompt to respond and very respectful, along with some that arent you know who you are if you havent been mentioned. Alot of college students so i suggest people who are mexican and trying to hold down a good nights sleep cause they are over worked stay away, for you wont get much rest and this is essentially a college dormitory. Internet Cable Phone Water, hot and cold, are all prvided within a 378 dollar payment. Electricity is the only one that you must cover and that is split between four people, though I have seen some pretty expensive bills. Everyone is a pleasure and the amenities of a tanning bed, pool/ club hall, computer area.. if you cant afford your own computer, and an exercise room is also provided and very useable though needs some work all in all a great place for some one to live who is on a tight budget and making his/ her way through college.
