The walls are poorly insulated and you can hear everyone and everything. I lived on the third floor and could hear people walking up and down the stairs at all times of the night. Our kitchen was infested with ants and the management took a week to get the problem half-way taken care of. Besides ants, there were many cases of random spiders that shared our apartment with us. I'd wake up with bites all over my body. I felt so unsafe, being a single female, that my parents had me buy a gun! I hate Westchester!!!!
