I've lived at Winston Place for 2 years. I would've stayed there if I could afford it by myself. The prices are a little high, but the people are nice as long as you are easy to work with. It's very quiet and away from the college scene, and noise complaints get taken care of! The size of the apartment was decent as well. The only problem I had was that there seemed to be a lot of light switches in my apt, but they didn't turn anything on!
