Aggie Village - My boyfriend and I lived for a year in one of the smaller one bedroom apartments and all in all it was a good place. You do pay a little more for the nice building and the good parking but for us it was worth it. They were alway very prompt about maintenence. Great experience, horrible ending - I lived in Founders for three years with a couple of my buddies. We didn't have to deal with the management company too often, but when we did, it was horrible. When we moved out they charged us a few thousand dollars for supposed damage, carpet etc. Our first mistake was not walking through with them when we moved out.
