office presonnel should be fired!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
 
Management is rude. Tried getting a leaky ceiling repaired for four months. Had to notify headquarters and better business bureau before maintenance was given orders to repair the leak. Never checked validity of neighbors complaints. Ignored my requests to be moved to new apartment. Failed to return full deposit citing living and dining areas needed to be repainted EVEN AFTER I PAINTED THE ENTIRE APARTMENT WHITE BEFORE I MOVED OUT.
