Before you move in, should know.... if management does not like you, you will have lots and lots of problems. Your neighbor(s) can make all kinds of accusations about you and management will never assist you in the problem. You will be denied a new lease based soley on the word of someone else. It sucks. My good leasing and tenant history has been tarnsished as a result of this very thing. I had a phyco woman living beneath me and she slandered me every chance she could. I tried to get it resolved, but management refused to work with me. Beware before you get hooked.
