I was eager to live at Georgetown Apartments, kind of knew the history. But boy was I disappointed! The personnel is mean rude, and unprofessional as ever. I wish I'd never moved there now. The -------- can have it. In the last year I rented, it became a haven for the -------- and white trash, or as I call them Johnson County wanna bes. The grounds deteriated over night it seems. The maintenance crew don't know what they are doing. Can't even fix a refridgerater. The basement was filled with water from a pipe leak. I asked for some repairs that were much in need for three months and had to call the Better Business Bureau to get the repairs done. In a word, check with the Better Business Bureau before you rent. I'm sure you'll be glad you did. Back to the personnel. they are a bunch of rude B......! Don't mover there if you don't have to! What a stuck B you are! This is a business!!!! Get it through your head. I feel sorry for the people you are renting from where ever you ended up. It sounds like the only person that is a B is you!
