You are right on 2/26/05! I lived there for two and a half years, and it was terrible. I had a leak in my ceiling and they took four months to fix it,and I had to call the BBB to get it taken care of! It looks like things haven't changed yet. It smelled like mildew when I lived there as well, because water was leaking into the basement. We aslo had a bug problem as a result. And let's not talk about how rude management is! Management could be a real selling point for Gerogetown, but it isn't. They are the worst I have ever had to deal with.
