Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
I have just renewed my lease while we wait for our house to be built. Georgetown is not a new property, but the size of the unit and the amenities make it easy to forget that. The indoor pool is awesome for my kids on colder nights and my husband and I play early morning tennis on the outdoor courts.
Overall, I would recommend this place.
