I sold my home recently and moved to Georgetown and I love it! The place is great! The grounds are maintained, the apartments are big with lots of closet/cabinet space and the amenities are too numerous to list. And the girls in the office are really nice. And best of all, I don't have to worry about maintenance anymore.
I guess every place can have their problems, but I have yet to see any here. I'm going to recommend it every chance I get!

Worst maintenance I've ever seen. I'd say one of those "nice girls in the office" wrote this. Most of my neighbors had the same complaints I had.
