Did you "happy people" know there was asbestos in these buildings. Also, look at your lease & see if there is a clause, "Not responsible for asbestos or mold"! Also, ask about the apartments that have been broken into and the cars stolen since the first of 2006!!! Someone outside the complex pointed out that Georgetown has become the intercity in terms of residents. In the case of my building, that is a fact!

Yep our car was stolen right out of the parking lot. Moved as soon as lease was up.
