MY Apartment had no window in the bedroom... Isn't that a firehazard'
With high rent I would expect to not feel like I live in a dungeon. The back door leaked water all the time the carpet pad got moldy and they would never fix it. The Front desk was extremely unproffessional. They rented me a garage that was already occupied. I told them there was stuff in there so they emptied it into a giant dumpster. The next week I started unloading it whrn the original owner came over and asked where his stuff was and what the hell was I doing there'
My key not only worked on my door but also my neighbors... they never fixed that either.
Overall... Sucks -Move to midtown, it's cheaper, nicer and you could buy a maintenence free condo w/ a concierge cheaper than rent at Georgetown.
