I love the community. Friendly, VERY spacious, as good as it can be for how old it is. However We have a two bedroom and pay $270 a month for gas and electric! I know people who don't pay that much in their huge house. AND you can only use your heat or air at certain times during the year when they switch it over. And it doesn't get very cold. Our deck is literally falling apart too. Plus they charge $20 PER pet each month afer your pet deposit! So we pay $990 a damn month for an apartment b/c of the cat and utilites. It is insanely too much!

Your utilities are in a two bedroom TOWNHOUSE which is 1800 Sq.Feet!! AND no there is no switch over in townhomes! I live on townhouse row and know who this is.Stop complaining They are re-building the decks RIGHT NOW! WHat the hell do you want! The place is 44 years old! $990 a month for what you have is a steal!!!
