This place has all the extras indoor pool etc. but when it comes down to living here
it sucks ass. I have had maintenance in my studio way to often.
*leaky window!
*ants in every corner of the place in spring/summer and i do mean everywhere!
*shower doesn't drain!
*windows don't open!
*stove is a piece of crap!
*spiders!
*fireplace just fills apartment with smoke!
*Things are constantly breaking!
*utility's are included... but.... it will be 60 degrees outside and 85 in my apartment If im paying utilities then i wanna have control of the thermostat

Why dont you try calling the office.I live there and you can adjust the temp on the thermostat.All you have to do is ask...Trying opening the flu on the fireplace then the place wont fill up with smoke. Shower drain can be fixed again call the office.Pest control can fix the bug problem.CALL MAINTENANCE!!!!!!

my wife and I live here also. We have called the office several times. we are assured our name is on "the list" to get fixed. 4 water mold growing water spots on the ceiling, water spots on the wall. And a leaking ceiling. Not to mention that our apartment is so musty and humid it is like walking into an abandoned boathouse.
