Don't live here! We and every neighbor we have talked to has had nothing but problems. The mold was simply painted over, but as soon as it rained more mold appeared on every exterior wall and they never fixed the leaks or mold. Raw sewage has been backing up into our sinks, toilets and tubs/showers. Pipes broke above our apartment and leaked water all over the apt, and ceiling was never repaired. One electrical socket completely melted on its own (nothing plugged in) behind our couch and burned a hole in it. My wife was shocked when she plugged in her hair dryer into another socket, it also blew the cord off the dryer. I understand old places have problems, but they have lied to us every time we've had an issue. They will tell you what ever they think you want to hear and then do a half-ass job trying to fix it. After approximately 40 visits to our apt they never did get the plumbing, mold, or electrical problems fixed so they had to let us out of our lease--real fun to move five months after you just settled in! The maintenance men were incompetent and rude. I had one guy get up in my face and yell b/c I asked him to take off his shoes after he had been stepping through the raw sewage that was on my bathroom floor. Our place was so bad they had to let us stay in a guest suite--guess what' This place also had mold and the basement had sewage sitting on the floor as well.
This place is so bad they have refunded our rent, but not worth the mold and sewage exposure. This place is o.k. on the surface, but the deferred maintenance and imcompetent maintenance men make this place a nightmare to live.

completely agreed... I have talked with many tenants and we all have the same issues... Anyone saying mainenance is great and the girls at the office are nice prob are working IN the offie.
