Despite reading negative reviews, we chose to rent here because of the proximity to work. Staff was friendly and helpful until we signed the contract. Accomodations were poor at best...carpet was molded, fixtures were falling down, paint was chipped. All of which was taken away from our security deposit. Lousy place!
