I have lived here for about 6 months and I regret this every day. The management is trying to get every penny they can get out of you. I ended up hundred's of dollars as I made a innocent decision to move to a bigger apartment within the community. I got such a inflated bill for cleaning the apartment even though I had lived their for less than 6 months.
My only advise to you is that if you do decide to move her don't expect to get your deposit back and be ready with a check book to pay a lot extra when you leave.
