Georgetown Apartments

My husband lived in these apartments several years earlier, and having had a good experience moved back. The new apartment was on the ground floor and imediately began to flood and leak especially in the bedroom. Nothing was ever done to fix the situation, all maintenence did was provide a fan. There were spiders, clogged drains, a broken staircase that caused me to break my foot, my tires were slashed by an unhappy neighbor who thought I was someone else, and the mold was everywhere. When we finally moved out we had to get rid of a considerable amount of furnature due to the mold, and after all of that the complex tried to charge us over and above our deposit because they had to replace the carpets due to water damage caused by the flooding that they never fixed!.
There were some nice people that worked in the office, but overall the place is much junkier than a first inspection would suggest!
