I have lived at Peppertree for 3 years. The maintenance staff is unbelieveable. My washer blew up one night at 8pm and maintenance was there by 9pm. The only complaint I have is that they wait until an appliance blows up to replace it as opposed to replacing a hot water heater, washer, dryer, dishwasher, etc... that's 15 years old and should have been replaced years earlier. It's a very quiet complex and many of the residents are long-timers. I think they would be better at keeping long term, great tenants if they offered more incentives to them instead of only new tenants who may only stay a year.
