Fine Experience buts lacks some

Overall, in my two years here, I can have a good experience with the apts and staff. However, not everything is up to par. The apts have a funny smell to them at times. Could be due to the apts. being more than 20 years old and having smokers around. We will usually open our windows or run the vent to help the smell. Also, I feel that these apts are overpriced for WHERE they are located and how OLD they are. The maintenance is good as well as the staff. Overall these are a fine choice, but a little pricey and a little smelly.
