I have recommended these apartments to a few people and they also really like living here. The only thing that can get tricky is parking depending on where your apartment is. Great Place I have lived here since April, and I love it! I have worked in Aparment complexes before and this is by far the greatest. The maintenance me are great and quick and the office is helpful and courteous. It might not have all the amenities that others might have but it is worth it for

Stay away Despite reading negative reviews, we chose to rent here because of the proximity to work. Staff was friendly and helpful until we signed the contract. Accomodations were poor at best...carpet was molded, fixtures were falling down, paint was chipped. All of which was taken

DONT RENT HERE This place has all the extras indoor pool etc. but when it comes down to living here
it sucks ass. I have had maintenance in my studio way to often.
*leaky window!
*ants in every corner of the place in spring/summer and i do mean everywhere!
*shower doesn't drain!

Great! My wife and I have lived here 17 years and found Georgetown to be one of the lovliest complexes in the city. The variety of floor plans is astonishing and gives each unit distinctive character. Currently, we live in a townhouse.
