Great size apartment I have lived at Antioch Gardens for 3 years and have generally been quite satisfied. The apartment size (2 bedroom) is very adequate. I have always felt safe here. The management and maintenance crew are considerate and respond quickly to any requests.

So happy! My husband and I recently moved to Georgetown after living in the Leawood area. We are so happy with our apartment. We've got a ton of space, a yard for our dogs, and we love our building. We havent heard any nosie, the office staff has been great, and maintenance

superb facility We lived at this apartment for a year. Very nice office staff. Maintenance staff is prompt and gave no reason to complain. Parking is adequate. Peppertree is one the best communities I have lived in. I would highly recommend this place.

Lovin It I moved into Georgetown a few months ago and I am loving it! My apartment is so much bigger than any other apartment I have lived in. The office staff has been so nice from day one. I have only needed maintenance once, but they did a great job with what I needed. I can't wait

Stay away Despite reading negative reviews, we chose to rent here because of the proximity to work. Staff was friendly and helpful until we signed the contract. Accomodations were poor at best...carpet was molded, fixtures were falling down, paint was chipped. All of which was taken
