We lived here for about two years. Loved the interior entrances, layout and spaciousness. Did not like the spiders, roly polys and constant plumbing problems. Maintenance responded to service requests, but I feel like the problems were "creatively engineered" rather than truly fixed. Great move-in specials for new tenants, but, illogically, management would do nothing extraordinary to keep the residents they already have. I don't think they know that customer/tenant retention makes better sense financially than the time and money expended to secure new tenants.
